  I had one of the best customer service experiences if my life here. I just turned 18 and had to set up a phone plan with zero knowledge, and I was a little overwhelmed. Katherine P was the person that helped me, and she was an absolute gem. She went above and beyond to create a welcoming and friendly environment, had excellent knowledge on any questions that I asked, and helped me get set up with a new plan and a new phone on the spot. She even helped me pick out a new case! If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would. She was kind and funny, and above all, she just felt genuine. Katherine, thank you so much for your help and your kindness. It really meant a lot to me. I would gladly recommend cricket and this store in particular. Have a good one!

  This is by far the worst customer service that I've ever gotten in my life. This lady not only sent me off with a phone number to call that she knew would do nothing for me. But when I came back she told me that there was no way that she could do anything at the store because the stores didn't do that and then in the same breath told me to go to another store because they knew more than she did. I recommend never going to the store unless you want to deal with somebody that clearly needs help just to get out of bed in the morning

  Wonderful friendly service! Spent time with me to get my phone transferred and new service set up! They went the “extra mile” for me with service. .. something you don’t always find these days!!!!
