Saw a great deal and was tagged wrong. I get a mistake on one slot, but this was every product they had. The manager was disrespectful stating that it was a system problem and he would only offer $5 off for their mistake when the $50 amiibo in question was tagged across the board. This should have been honored at the tag price one time, because at the end of the day, the fine print doesn't matter when ALL of the products were priced wrong. You can't expect anyone to read that tiny writing when you literally have everything displayed at the sale price. Best Buy, you lost a customer to Amazon.

Purchased a TV today including installation. I was told I would need to renew my Rewards card to take advantage of the 10% "rebate". I did not want to apply for a credit card - I was told this was simply a renewal and would not require a credit check or impact my credit rating. The renewal did create a hard inquiry and did impact my credit score. Very disappointed I was mislead by the sales representative. We could have simply used my wife's Best Buy credit card. Unfortunately this is not the first time I have been misinformed by the Best Buy sales representatives. In the future I will consider other retailers before considering Best Buy.

Very rude encounter with a member of the Geek Squad. We brought in our computer to be looked at and we were told "it's damaged" meaning we did something to it. It wasn't dropped nor did it get slammed down and I was not sure how it got damaged. That's not my point in this review however. It's about the individual that took care of us. He was rude & very impersonal. He said very little and didn't even explain to us what might have happened to our computer or what our options were until I asked. He said we can send it out at our expense. I in turn said we wouldn't send it out. He didn't say another word and turned and walked away. Avoid this guy, he's a jerk. Long hair with red sparkly fingernail polish in case management would like to know who I'm referring to.

Be careful with what you order and pick up curbside. I order a 24" TV and a 65" $1400 TV. I messaged to let them know I was there to pick up my items. Five minutes later, an associate comes out holding my smaller TV under his arm and dragging my $1400 TV across the parking lot. I was astounded. I inspected the box and found a rock embedded in the bottom of cardboard. I told him I wanted a different TV and he said there was plenty of packing and the TV was fine. I insisted on a new TV and to speak to his manager. He carried the TV back in. Shortly after, the manager appeared in the open doorway. I asked him to come out and speak with me and he refused. He said if I wanted to speak with him, I would have to come inside. I went inside and asked him if that was policy to drag TVs across the parking lot. He didn't answer. He and a coworker debated how to address my TV. He eventually told me they would get a new TV and told me to pull my car up to the door. I told him he never answered my question. He ignored me again and walked away. I apologized when this guy eventually brought my TV outside but reiterated that I was upset that they dragged an expensive TV across the parking lot. He never apologized and never acknowledged that the associate shouldn't have done that. When I got home, I tried calling the store to speak with a different manager. Any calls to the store go directly to a call center and they state there is absolutely no way to contact anyone inside the store. This ensures zero accountability without going back into a hostile store. I really enjoy Best Buy as a brand but this interaction has really tarnished their image significantly.

This location has some of the scummiest employees you can find. I accidentally left my hat there and didn’t realize it for about a week. Typically, Best Buy policy is to put left behind items in the safe. The employees that I spoke with admitted they saw the hat after another employee brought it to the front, but changed their story more than once about what happened to it. It was very clear to me that they know an employee took it and everyone was defending them. One employee actually had a conversation with me about it, claimed he was going to look for it, and then never came back. Mind you, if I could, I would have reordered the hat, but it was a collector’s edition that I cannot repurchase. Again, not all employees there, but the few that I interacted with are not trustworthy. This should have been an easy process for me to collect my left behind item, but the run around I was given left me with a VERY bad taste.
