Josh here treated me like a child and told me not to touch stuff and break anything while I was trying to look for my item to purchase. I left asap with nothing. His job is to ask me if I need help with anything that’s it. Nothing else. Non mature customer service.

If I could leave 1 star I would. This place is a joke. I literally buy a screen protector here because the policy states you can come and get it replaced if something happens, well NOT AT THIS STORE. Hope you can some how not cut your fingers to peel a screen protector off a broken phone for you to bring it back to get a new screen protector because this store will not replace the screen protector like policy states if you don’t have the broken old one and states you will have to buy a new one. Even though the Racine and Mayfair location will replace the screen protector which when I said that I received “well be don’t do that here” like haha okay. What’s the point of the policy or membership if you can’t even get a new one when you need it. Absolutely ridiculous. Next time I’ll bring my smashed phone and they can cut their fingers on it to get the screen protector off just so I can get my replacement like policy states I’m able to do. This store is a joke.

Went to buy a tv with their tv mount service. They tried to charge me $150 for a tv uninstall service as well. Manager knocked it down to $75. When I got home I realized I could uninstall my old tv myself so I called BB to get the fee and service removed. Then they tried to charge me a $25 delivery fee instead. Had them cancel the whole order and I ordered it online without the ridiculous fees.

Be very aware how you get your rewards. They will split the rewards up in $100 increments. I made a purchase of $99.95 and with tax was just over $105. I was told in order to use my $100 rewards i had to buy a bag of chips or something to get over the $100 before tax. Then on top of that i was unable to use the other rewards I got to make up the difference. Spent over $2700 on a TV (that got me the rewards) and am seriously thinking about bringing it back. I spoke to the manager and he told me that I didn't read the fine print. Never got a contract in the rules of the rewards when I purchased the TV, just a receipt.

This place smells so horrific, there was such a strong smell of body odor as soon as you walked in the store. Not sure if its the floors that need to be shampooed or what. I only saw one employee smiling and he was telling his coworker he hopes he has a better day tomorrow. Customer service here just always seems very poor and overall staff presentation lacks. The first people you see as you enter had food sitting on the counter, the other guy had the greaseist hair and after asking a staff member where an item was they just said "go up to the front"... there are three separate "front counters". I would love to see this store go through some customer service training and see the store be cleaned a little more.
