    Brad (store manager) Harrison (sales rep.) Both of these people did such an awesome job of helping set up the new phone I purchased. They took so much time with me. Not being tec savvy they had si much patience on that day and even when I return the next day with a question. Thank you to both!

    We had an excellent experience with Zach at the Oneida St. location! I’ve never left a review before, but I read them, and Zach had excellent reviews. We were not disappointed. Both my husband and I upgraded our phones, iPads and watches, which was a lot to do! Zach was knowledgeable and efficient, patient, professional, and so polite through our whole process. I highly recommend using this location, and Zach and Jamie, for your Verizon and device needs!
