  Came into Verizon today to switch over my plan and upgrade my phone. Harrison helped me through each step even when we had difficulties changing over. He found a way around and set up the plan I wanted. Very happy with the service and patience in this environment.

  Once again, I experience a great and professional experience dealing with AARON at Verizon. I have been with Verizon for over 25 years and was just about ready to move to another carrier when I decided to give another Verizon store a opportunity for my business. AARON waited on me and as you can see, I’m still here. Thanks for Helping me get through my technical difficulties with the phone. AARON, don’t ever leave Verizon please. I would be lost.

  Aaron is hands down one of the best managers I’ve ever dealt with at any store, not just Verizon. He’s the kind of person who actually listens to what you need instead of trying to rush you or sell you something random. He took the time to explain everything clearly, helped me find the best deals, and made sure I left feeling confident about my purchase. He’s also just a cool, down-to-earth person, super funny, friendly, and easy to talk to. You can tell he knows his job inside and out, and he truly enjoys helping people. It’s rare to find that kind of customer service these days, and Aaron definitely sets the bar high. If every store had a manager like Aaron, customer service everywhere would be 10x better. Highly recommend asking for him if you visit this Verizon location, you’ll be in good hands!

  I just want to take a moment to shout out Aaron, the manager at this location - he is honestly the absolute BEST! Every time I’ve stopped by or reached out, he’s been so helpful, patient, and genuinely kind. You can tell he really cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you need. Aaron also has such a great personality - he’s funny, easy to talk to, and always finds a way to make what could be a stressful phone purchase actually fun. He remembers his customers, treats everyone with respect, and really knows his stuff when it comes to all the latest phones and plans. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and that makes a huge difference. He helped me so much with my iPhone order and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Honestly, it’s rare to find someone who’s both professional and personable like that. To sum it up - if you ever need anything at Verizon, ask for Aaron. I would 100% recommend him to anyone. He’s simply the best!
