- CWCrystal WerkmannFeb 15, 20261.0There’s a guy named Scotty at this location, who promised me a bunch of different promotions told me I could transfer my Internet to a location where I couldn’t have the same speed where I had before, so my Internet had to be lowered so then I wasn’t eligible for one of the promotions because of that, even though he guaranteed me it could be moved. I was also promised bill credits that I wasn’t given, and then I was also told that he would make it right and didn’t. This company has caused me so much stress I Had to go through another company for Internet after and pay security Deposit due to bad credit because of his lie lies. Do not go to Mason St., Verizon and do not deal with Scotty. Worst customer service ever comes off charming as a sales representative and then once you call him out on his stuff, he says oh I said hopefully I said maybe and he didn’t. He said it will. I will be getting a video and audio recording and going to a lawyer.

Our family of 8 was all switching cell carriers on Christmas Eve, and they were super helpful through the whole process (great patience was needed since we aren’t very organized). The rest of the team was super personable as well, and it totally made our Christmas Eve more enjoyable. 10/10 service, Aaron was an awesome first impression of Verizon!
