Called to fix twice and both times they raised my monthly bill... I an not organized enough to fight them on it. Sales person directly lied to me multiple times on multiple different subjects through the process of signing on that I tried to clarify.... now we are stuck.... we have been counting day until we can rid our live of the scam that is verizon.

Every time I upgrade my phone, I am back in the store multiple times to get errors corrected. This time I have been waiting almost 6 months to be refunded several hundred dollars for the free phone I was charged for. I have been to the store no less than 7 times and made multiple phone calls. A few excuses I've heard was paternity leave, there was no such promotion at that time, PTO, I never turned in my old phone, the manager is too busy with other things to talk to you and too many times to count... "I will call you back" (which has never happened to date). This is a Victra store, so there is not much Verizon can do. However, they did recommend I file a complaint and never use them again.
