    I needed service on my computer,geek squad came to my house they were unable to make necessary repairs and they told me that I needed to bring it to the store when we brought it to the store, I was told I needed an appointment to bring it into the store, which is absolutely the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard of. It gets better. I called to make an appointment to bring it into the store and it took 16 minutes to make an appointment with somebody that was totally clueless as to what they were doing. I think you need to reevaluate your ways of doing business because it’s insane

    You know how stupid it is for me to order something from there website for store pick up just to get there and for some reason I’m waiting behind people who are checking out with merchandise. I’ve already paid. Now I’m waiting for someone to get a price check. Meanwhile my stuff is ready to go. Absolute joke

    They're predatory with their Best Buy card and will trick you into signing up for with the promise of instant savings, but instead it's in-store credit. Their employees lie to get you to sign up. ** EDIT ** Nice response from corporate. I was misled by your sales associates. If it was 10% back in terms of in-store credit, I wouldn't have signed up for your credit card. Oh well. Canceled my BB card today and will never shop at your store again.

    Good local, physically on hand selection to get a product without having to wait for shipping which is what added a star for this review. But the employees I've encountered have some issues. Lack of training of their own systems, lack of being capable of at least acting friendly or that they enjoy their job. I know it's work and a lot of people don't like it, but don't pass off your dissatisfaction with your own life to customers. Snide remark to a simple mistake I admitted to when making an online order. Resulting in a very simple solution it seemed, but of course verbal disapproval had to be passed on due to the apparent much more difficult situation I had accidentally caused by selecting curbside but coming into the store to get it myself. Last time I waited curbside I sat outside 15 minutes for one item indicated ready for pickup. You'd think I had caused them to have to call the governor and fill out extensive paperwork with the attitude that was relayed with audible sighs, tonality in conversation implying I have caused much stress and visible facial expression irritation. Very rude and unfriendly service.

    We purchased a TV, sound bar and mounting bracket and installation was scheduled for Saturday, one week later. During that week we received a voice mail from a company we never heard of stating they could not install the TV as scheduled since they were booked and they would install it the next week. Two days after that message we received a text from Best Buy saying the installation would take place on the original date of Saturday. The Best Buy app even gave a window for the installation between 2:15pm - 5:15pm. When no one showed I called the phone number for the store. Funny thing, you can't speak to anyone actually in the store. You are connected to someone working out of their home. I explained our situation and asked to speak to a supervisor. He said one would call back in 2 - 3 hours. When no one called back, I called the next day and was told a supervisor would call back in 30 - 60 minutes. It's now another day later and still no call back and our installation has now been schedule for a week and a half later. Needless to say, we will never buy anything again from Best Buy.
