    I called for assistance with setting up my gaming PC for my kids. I advised i needed help with calibrating a steering wheel. They said no problem and that it’ll be $85. A few days later I get this weird automated message about “parent skew” or something like that and that I’ll need to reschedule. I rescheduled to another day but the day before they call again and they set up the incorrect service order and that I will now need to pay $185! I canceled the order. Terrible service! Never using Best Buy again.

    Best Buy has won me over lately. The reception at the stores entrance is very helpful, directing you to the right department, and making sure someone will meet me there. Then, there’s sales people in the specific areas who seem eager to help. They are apparently not working on commission, also, which helps me trust them. I became a member of their”total program” to receive the discount on purchases and get free Geek Squad appointments, and, so far so good. They have helped us with our new laptop and helped speed up two older pcs we have. Ryu and Lily were very patient with me today, explained how I can get another year out of my older laptop. Very helpful. Thank you. This seems well worth the yearly price for the “total membership”.

    I'm only giving them a 1 because it won't let me give them what they deserve which is 0. We've been a Best Buy customer for years. In the last 2 years their customer service and everything else has gotten progressively worse. We will NEVER buy from there again. If you want to be cheated, ignored, can't get through to anyone who can resolve issues, poor quality and horrible "deals", then I highly recommend you go to Best Buy. I hope they go bankrupt soon so they can go out of business. I'll be working with my attorney and get involved in some of the class action lawsuits currently against this terrible company

    Bought 85 inch TCL TV and did pickup. Got home and screen was damaged. Called store number and routed to call center in India. Can't call store directly. Had to go back to store with open tv. They did exchange. Got 2nd TV home and screen had huge crack. Since can't call store had to take open TV back. Exchanged. They set that up for delivery, but not for 10 days despite having delivery truck on site and I live 5 minutes away. Manager took off delivery charge, but was unwilling to make it right for doing pickup twice and return. Finally gave me 50 store credit, but seemed annoyed at this. Now have to sit and wait and hope 3rd TV isn't damaged. Can't contact the store, SMH.

    Bought a lg countertop microwave and bought the protection plan that goes with it for 4 years. Microwave went out and no longer heats. Called geek squad and was told to pack it up and bring it in and would get a replacement one right away. Get to the store and Lilly whose customer service skills are absolutely terrible tells me she’s sending it out to Kentucky and could take 3-4 weeks to verify it’s broken. Uh not what I was told on the phone by geek squad, she then gets an attitude and tells me that’s what she’s doing or I can go buy another one off the shelf. I then asked what her deal was and she replied if you don’t like it then cancel everything and take my business elsewhere. I then asked for the manager and she told me she is the manager and I have to deal with her. After arguing for a minute I asked to talk to the store manager. She huffed and puffed and called someone on the radio. Then stormed off and proceeded to start swearing and yelling behind the plastic strips to another employee. Absolutely uncalled for and others customers were shocked as well. Lilly from geek squad should not be in customer service at all. I will also be calling corporate to file a complaint. In speaking of that she refused to give me a phone number to call and told me to look it up…. Only after the other manager came did she try and play like she was nice…. What a joke
