We were there for nearly 2 hours, which was not necessarily preferred but also not the fault of the store. Meanwhile, we had the most amazing, funny, and personable associate we could have asked for! Between cracking silly jokes and talking about hobbies, we were more than entertained while we awaited data transfers across devices. We were also offered great deals and our associate ensured that we could make the best (and most factually honest) decisions possible.

That number was a robot that led me no where I needed. Verizon & most phone carriers naturally don’t want you to leave so they make it hard or “whatever,” but what I’m most upset about is the fact that these specific Verizon specialists could have helped me, but chose not to because they wouldn’t be making a sale. I was seeking help for something that would’ve taken 10 minutes & I know this because I decided to go to a different location where they helped me seamlessly. Not only that, I purchased a new phone this year at this location & when they re-set up my account… They told me I would have to re-set up my Disney bundle. I did that at home like I’ve done before, but this time it didn’t allow me access for months. Ultimately, cancelled it (after calling Verizon again about this next issue, got no help) & got a refund. I found out that this is too a common occurrence because I contacted Disney. Disney’s agent got a Verizon specialist on the phone, told me this happens often with Verizon specialists because they set stuff up wrong, & that Verizon agent Disney got on the phone even led us to a bot. Anyway, just help people & do things correctly.
