  I had an outstanding experience at the Apple Bayshore store and wanted to take a moment to recognize the exceptional service I received. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, organized, and professional. Even though the store was fairly busy, the staff made sure every customer felt acknowledged and taken care of. Lisa was the one who assisted me, and she truly went above and beyond. She was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I came in looking to upgrade my phone and also explore getting an Apple Watch and AirTags. Lisa took the time to walk me through all the available options without rushing me or making me feel pressured. She carefully explained the differences between models, storage options, features, and pricing so I could make the best decision for my needs. What stood out most was how thorough and detail-oriented she was. She helped me set up my new iPhone right there in the store, making sure everything transferred smoothly and that all my settings were configured correctly. She also explained key features of the Apple Watch and showed me how to pair it properly with my phone. When it came to the AirTags, she demonstrated how to set them up in the Find My app and gave helpful tips on where and how to use them effectively. Lisa’s professionalism and positive attitude made the entire experience enjoyable. She answered every question clearly and made sure I left feeling confident using my new devices. It didn’t feel like a sales interaction — it felt like genuine customer care. The store itself was clean, well-organized, and efficiently managed. The checkout process was smooth, and the team worked together seamlessly. It’s clear that customer service is a top priority at this location. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my visit. Thanks to Lisa’s excellent service, I walked out with a new iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirTags, fully set up and ready to go. If you’re visiting the Apple Bayshore store, I highly recommend asking for Lisa. She truly made this a five-star experience.

  "I took my three-month-old AirPods Pro 3 to the Apple Store for a microphone issue, but the staff was not helpful. They couldn't 'find' the fault and refused to swap them, acting like they were paying for it themselves. I had to call Apple Support this morning, and they immediately arranged an express replacement. The store experience was a total waste of time."They even stated their system could not fully give the results.

  My wife is blind and messes up her phone quarterly. Like clock work . Bayshore store saves us every time. We go early to midweek in the afternoon and we are out in 15 minutes. Bravo great help
