I went in expecting to utilize one promo I had found, but he found me a much better one without me even having to ask him to do that. He not only found me a great promo, he made sure I got it credited to my account correctly when I traded in my old phone. He set up my new phone and patiently answered every question I had. He also made sure I had his name and contact info if I had any follow-up problems or questions. This kind of service has never been my experience in the past from any cellphone carrier.
