I went in expecting to utilize one promo I had found, but he found me a much better one without me even having to ask him to do that. He not only found me a great promo, he made sure I got it credited to my account correctly when I traded in my old phone. He set up my new phone and patiently answered every question I had. He also made sure I had his name and contact info if I had any follow-up problems or questions. This kind of service has never been my experience in the past from any cellphone carrier. Extraordinary service from Alex and Verizon cellular sales in Germantown! I highly recommend them!

I had a cracked phone screen and needed the best and fastest way to get back to good. Alan was fantastic, found me a way to replace my phone, and pay next to nothing more than I had been. When the phone was ready to pick up, it literally took less than fifteen minutes. It's never been that easy. NEVER. Alan was professional, kind, and smart!. He worked hard to find the best way to help me and I am so grateful.

Mark was awesome to work with and helped us through the end. Alan assisted Mark a few times when the system wasn't cooperating and also manned the floor during a busy time while Mark was on the phone with customer support! We had issues at the Menomonee Falls store in the past with a staff member and decided to give the Germantown Store a try. We would definitely go back to the Germantown store!
