  Went in to look at TVs and Tom spent a lot of time with us, really listening to what we needed and making recommendations without trying to upsell us. I wanted a few days to research more and re-measure my space, and when we went back later in the week, Tom recognized us. He had his jacket on ready to leave, and stayed back to help us make our final choice. Another gentleman (didn't catch his name) helped us get the TV into our car and couldn't have been more pleasant. Really stellar service.

  I had a wonderful experience with a very knowledgeable employee. Tried to call the store to let the manager know what a gem he/she had working for them. After the phone tree from hell and 10 minutes on hold, the call was disconnected. If you need to buy a TV at Best Buy on Port Washington Rd in Fox Point WI, be sure to ask for Kaycee. If you want to try to give a stellar employee a compliment, forget it. Apparently they don't want to know.

  I am very happy with my recent TV and soundbar purchase and even more so with my experience while in the store. Kaycee was wonderful to work with: incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and sociable. I have been shopping here for years and have rarely received this level of service. Friendly and trained staff makes all the difference.

  I had a problem with my dji osmo pocket 3 gimbal, and the geek squad fixed it within 3 minutes, though they hadn’t had this problem before. They were just very nice and it didn’t even cost anything. Thank you, I’d highly recommend!

  Thank you the honest worker at this Best Buy that called the police on the person that stole my credit card and was trying to charge of $3,000 of merchandise. Thank you for going above and beyond your job and doing what's right!
