Extremely disappointed with the loyalty this company has to their customers. I have been a Cricket wireless customer for a decade now and because of some personal reasons I needed to extend my due date by two days and I paid two dollars to do so and my app said that the bill would be $55 at my new due date. But my phone went out of service and I was charged a five dollar fee and a $15 fee for reactivation (even thought I paid my account balance the day before to O$) because of that five dollar difference they say I had when I had paid my balance to zero on the app. And when I called to talk to them about my phone being out of service, they said they can’t look and see what the app is telling me, what my account login for my phone bill that I have been paying for the last 10 Years is saying. The same app I’ve listened to and paid on and never ever been late before. so I know five dollars may not seem like a big deal to someone but after I’ve paid probably close to $10,000 having two phones with them in the last 10 years, five dollars and the fact that they couldn’t even take accountability for their apps error, or their inability to keep track of that information, for what was due really turns me off of them.

Hola el dia de ayer fui a hacer un pago con mi targeta y resalta y resulta que dice que no he pagado eso esta muy mal porque fui hasta el local y me recibieron el dinero y ayer en la.madrujada me mandaron un texto donde decía que mi pago no fue efectuado la verdad no entiendo

I called and asked if the rep (Danielle) had some time because I have a unique situation. She was short and rude and just blew me off. I called back and the manager Danielle defended her and was also rude, and didn't listen to what I said and blew me off too. HORRIBLE Customer Service.

i just called and haliey the manager is terrible!! i asked her a simply question about the phones that she should know and she was wrong and i told her and she laughed and said why are u called me. she is rude and shouldnt even have a job! no wounder that store cant keep a employee for more than a year!!!
