I rarely wait more than a minute or two for service. Recently, store manager Logan and employee Kier were incredibly helpful assisting with an upgrade to three lines on my family plan. I was in and out quickly with no muss or fuss. They were fully informed about Verizon's current promotions and were able to help us get an amazing deal to upgrade our phones. The negative reviews are probably from people who don't have their ducks in a row, are trolls, or are confusing this location with another. To the owner and management, congrats on running an exceptional store.
