The installation process didn’t go well, but he offered to get me a new one, free of charge, and install it. He followed through and helped me out a lot!

The fact I was charge upgrade fees and set up fees by this store after the experience I had is astounding. Over 5 hours to upgrade my phone. The sales associate was so confused as to what he was doing I had 10 different monthly cost projections. I had them try and add a line to my phone to save money, that ended up being more costly, my account due to all the bs was locked as fraudulent so I couldn’t even get to the upgrade spot. And I was blamed for the issues by the sales rep after keeping my cool for at this point over 3.5 hours. The sales rep was rude to every Verizon associate he tried speaking to. Short with them. And meanwhile I’m sitting patiently just trying to get a phone. I watched several other clients walk in and out in under 30 minutes. I would not go back to this location I’m half way tempted to switch carriers
