Many promises have been made, but 0 have been done. We go to a store, and the " manager " tells us if we don't like what he said, we should leave instead of trying to fix the problem ! - DDDave DevneySep 23, 20251.0spent and hour and i half in the store getting a billing issue resolved. this was after 2.5 hours trying to talk to someone over the phone. the business account manager got my phone up and running and said everything was fine. that night my phones were turned off again? went back to the store and they had absolutely no help for me and were rude. i am in the process as we speak of ordering new new phones from another company. Keep spending your 12 billion dollars a year on advertising Verizon, its really paying off
