He said we could send out my laptop for $84.99 and I agreed, then he said it would cost $120 to back it up, which I said I didn't need done. He kept going back and forth on whether I should send it out even though I told him I wanted it sent out either way. Additionally, he did not slow down or pause in speaking to allow me to think. I ended up collecting my things and leaving.

This isn’t the first time I had a problem with this location. They tried charging my credit card for a service I never ordered 3 straight years. When I disputed the transaction with my credit card company they started trying to respond but never sent in the required responses. The credit card company said Best Buy had been trying to make up for lost sales due to Covid. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
