Went in for a Logitech combo keyboard for my iPad. After the worker (who I won’t name cause he was helpful and it was an accident and I don’t want him getting fired) broke my iPad and it will no longer turn on. Per his instructions I’ve called several Best Buy locations to explain the situation and have just been getting the run around and can’t speak to a person actually working in a store, just outsourced telemarketers. Spent thousands of dollars on electronics over the years just to be treated like a burden for a problem I haven’t even caused. Won’t be coming back.

n the neighborhood and remembered that I needed to pick up a couple of items, specifically some smart switches for my home automation system. I didn’t have much hope that they would have exactly what I was looking for, but I figured it was worth taking a chance. The risk was just a little wasted time.
It took a bit of searching, but I eventually found the item. It turned out to be the very last one they had in stock, so I grabbed it. When I got to the cashier, I remembered that they price match online retailers. They checked and found that Amazon had it for a little less, and they refunded me the difference. Enough to buy a Starbucks.
I didn’t get everything that I needed, but the visit was still helpful.
