    I pay for the best buy total repair. I brought my computer in for an overheating issue. As the individual was explaining the situation to me, i asked if he could help me find a suitable case that would be functional with the cooler and was intentionally hung up on. This type of entitlement is beyond rude, especially when you cant even call the store back. When i tried reaching back out to the store, i was sent to the call center, then to geek squads call center. I then had them send me to a voicemail at the store and still have received no call back. (Over 24 hours ago) I also worked with a live agent through the chat option in the app who promised a call back in less than two hours. Which also has not happened. Needless to say, im very disappointed with a service that I pay for and it seems like the only way to get a ahold of management is to write a complaint.

    In store service was great. Our item was scheduled for delivery and we were given anytime between 7a.m. and 7 p.m. We called around 10 a.m.to see if they could narrow down the time. We found out our item wasn't even on a truck as scheduled and said a manager would call us. After several hours no call so we called back several times only to find out the item wouldn't be delivered till the following week. No explanation but offered 10% of the price in a gift certificate to spend in the store. This is appreciated but letting us know the delivery was being put off before we had to call day of would have been appreciated too.

    They have the common electronic needs. Laptop, printer, earbuds, etc. they do not have the unusual things like a video editor that is NOT a subscription. They really shine with the Geek squad help desk. Not super fast, but very thorough!
