After the worker (who I won’t name cause he was helpful and it was an accident and I don’t want him getting fired) broke my iPad and it will no longer turn on. Per his instructions I’ve called several Best Buy locations to explain the situation and have just been getting the run around and can’t speak to a person actually working in a store, just outsourced telemarketers. Spent thousands of dollars on electronics over the years just to be treated like a burden for a problem I haven’t even caused. Won’t be coming back.

When I got to the cashier, I remembered that they price match online retailers. They checked and found that Amazon had it for a little less, and they refunded me the difference. Enough to buy a Starbucks. I didn’t get everything that I needed, but the visit was still helpful.
