    Just visited this location looking for the new Iphone which the app said was in stock. The employee that approached us was incredibly rude right off the bat. After going in the back to check if it was in stock he came back out and said “he had wasted his steps going to check”. Truly terribly customer service and a bad look for Verizon and I'm not referring to his unprofessional attire or prepubescent mustache.

    I went in there with a Z Fold 7 that had failed within two weeks.They tried to tell me that because there was a scratch on the side.I couldn't return it and I would have to wait another two weeks to make an insurance claim. So let me get this straight.I spend two thousand dollars on a phone.It breaks in two weeks, not on my behalf.But on its own, because of a defect. And in order to get a replacement, I would have to wait two weeks and then spend another three hundred dollars to get a replacement for a phone that broke on its own. Yeah thats absolutely terrible customer service and completely out of order. I walked to my car, got on the phone with verizon. And within a half hour, I have a new phone being mailed to me free of charge. The store salespeople wasted my time and didn't care about my satisfaction. I've been a Verizon customer for over 10 years. And thanks to the representatives on the phone I still am. But I was very close to going to the AT&T store across the way and changing everything. Do better verizon in Brookfield.

    I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from this location. Their inventory isn’t accurate, and they repeatedly cancel orders — even after confirming them — claiming they didn’t have time to fulfill them.

    Let me preference this with direct information from Verizon ads and your website.You can bring in a new device to either sign up with Verizon. Or go into a store to activate a new device with an existing Verizon account/plan. Upon entering the store I was asked how can I help you? I said I needed a new phone activated. I got an instance "We do not do that here. We sell phones." Told I needed to do this transaction via remote.I truly did not understand the various ways that could be done. Did not want to make an error and then create a mess.That is why I was in the store.I needed help. The Salesperson assisted reluctantly. (There was no one else in the store).He HAD difficulty with activation! Took HIM awhile to get it working. Yes, the phone was activated but with ATTITUDE. Even at the end I said "thank you Lord." The young man( never did get his name) said "No, thank me!"My response was"The Lord is always first, then everyone. You were my angel.Thank you." I truly was grateful for his help.Said if I had some cash I would have given him a tip.(which he graciously refused.) I was at a loss. Left with an activated phone. But as I said the attitude was not appreciated. Let me ask, if I came in to purchase a phone would I need to go home:set up an account, plan and then activate the phone all done via remote on my own? There was a sign out front advertising the new $50.00 plan. If I was interested in that, how would that have been handled at the store? A lot of mixed messaging and bad communicating from a communication business.Not good
