    Had one of the best cellphone store experiences ever here. My husband and I went in look to switch from T-Mobile. We were greeted by Ian who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Along with Ian, we were helped by the manager Marco who again was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! The store itself was clean and tidy. Both Ian and Marco weren’t super sales pushy which is something we can’t stand when going places. We were both able to get two new phones and got a great deal on our plan! We were in and out in 2 hours which is completely unheard of when getting new phones. I would highly recommend those two and the store!

    Caleb is the man! Recently had to add a line to our plan and it was reasonable and relatively easy. Caleb took the time to answer all our questions in terms we could understand. We have always had really good service here.

    La experiencia que tuve en esta tienda de Verizon fue, sin exagerar, una de las peores que he recibido en atención al cliente. Vine a aclarar un cobro totalmente injustificado y terminé recibiendo un trato irrespetuoso y cero profesional por parte de la senior manager, quien debería ser justamente la persona mejor capacitada para ayudar. Mi factura regular era de $97.50. Después de adquirir un equipo con una activación de $40 y un cargo adicional pequeño por un reloj, mi factura no solo subió “un poco”, sino que se disparó hasta $357.50. Esto no tiene sentido alguno y claramente demuestra un error de Verizon o una mala aplicación de promociones. Al exponer la situación, la senior manager ni siquiera hizo el esfuerzo básico de revisar mi caso. Le pedí ayuda explícitamente para verificar mi factura, porque yo no lograba encontrar la información en la aplicación, y su respuesta fue: “búscala tú y me avisas cuando la encuentres”, mientras ella estaba sin atender a nadie más.     Just visited this location looking for the new Iphone which the app said was in stock. The employee that approached us was incredibly rude right off the bat. After going in the back to check if it was in stock he came back out and said “he had wasted his steps going to check”. Truly terribly customer service and a bad look for Verizon and I'm not referring to his unprofessional attire or prepubescent mustache.
