  Malcolm helped us get new phones. He was knowledgeable, very professional and patient. There was an issue with the promotion we were initially offered since we are long time -20+. - years customers. Malcolm could see the offer but it wasn’t going through on the account. He contacted corporate and was very professional, calm and patient which took more than several minutes and calls to resolve. Verizon is very fortunate to have Malcolm as an employee. Based on our experience with Malcolm we recommend Verizon to all our family and friends. Thank you Malcolm.

  Garrett at this location was amazing at helping us get switched from AT&T to Verizon. Highly recommend going to this store even though it's a 3rd party provider for Verizon. Great customer service, and he got us a great deal!

  Once you cancel they lock access to your account. I have been trying to get a copy of my final bill for months never coming back

  Anthony brought fun to the fair. We were able to get new phones on a great deal and were enjoying the entire experience. He even set a time next week to help my family.
