- PPPeteDec 19, 20251.0I ordered a TV in "Open Box - Good" condition that turned out to be missing the feet/stand, didn't come with a box/manual/etc., and maybe also missing the remote (employee wasn't sure if they had it somewhere or not).

I do want to say that the cleanliness of the store Is great it smells fresh in there. I also found a very very affordable appliance at this location. I Highly highly recommend if you need to save some money and get you a Nice appliance please don’t hesitate to visit the store. Customer service was A1 and I do look forward to visiting the store in the future. I apologize I forgot the young gentleman and young lady that assisted me but you guys rock and thank you so much for explaining everything

I’m sorry I will not be back due to the management telling me I’m the worst customer he ever had to my face . I came with my family and I have never dealt with a lazy manager before like today. Please train the manager customer service skills . I will say the sales girl we had was very nice and helpful .
