Friendly staff. Brad recognized us on Saturday since we made a few trips to the store and we needed a new refrigerator, TV, future purchase stove, double ovens.
Brad helped us out in purchasing the new fridge. He's very knowledgeable, helped us decide on the best one that would fit in our new house and we purchased on Saturday while it was still on Sale! He arranged for delivery, helped me update my Best buy account so the refrigerator gets delivered to the Wisconsin home and not the Illinois home, gave us the golden glove service!! We truly appreciated everything he did for us!

Went in to buy a laptop today. I had looked into the lenovo ideapads and that kind of thing online before i went in. 'Salesperson' didnt want to show me those because they 'were junk'...the least expensive one that wasnt junk, according to him, was 650 bucks. So I left with my money in my pocket. And ill go spend 500 bucks on the junk i wanted down the street at officemax. Disappointing.

Highly recommend against purchasing Apple products at this store due to lack of employee knowledge and training. Purchased a new Macbook Pro online for pickup with a $245 trade in value of an older MacBook. When informed at the pickup I would like to do Apple migration to my new computer the employee at the pickup was completely unaware of the process. I ended up spending over an hour at the pickup register mostly figuring out this process on my own and receiving incorrect directions from the employee that I had to suggest against. Eventually I couldn’t figure out why the migration wasn’t able to work and I was given the option to cancel the purchase and repurchase at another time. Firstly I don’t understand how this was an option given to me as the MacBook had already been opened out of its original box and secondly I did not want this option as I had gotten the MacBook on sale for Presidents’ Day. After this entire process was completed another employee who initially was present informed me that Mac transfers can take a significant amount of time. Why wasn’t this mentioned in the first place and I would have returned at a later date, saved an hour, and would have been able to do a trade in. Won’t be returning to Best Buy again unless this gets resolved.

It's not bad. Search online for what you need and then go to the store to pick it up. Thats the easiest way to deal with Best Buy.
Avoid the wandering vendors peddling their phone services and upgrade plans (unless that's your jam).
Best buy is full of open space and bare shelves. They offer higher tier products to distance themselves from Targets and Walmarts, but they don't have the varied selection they used to.

I purchased an onkyo txrz 30 from Tom granny at best buy in Brookfield. At the time he was very helpful, however I found out I couldn't add a separate amp to get 11 channels I called To get a txrz 50 or a 70. On two separate occasions about weeks apart. He never returned my calls. I purchased a txrz 70 from a competitor.
Not a good experience with best buy
