    Attempted to contact the store and after about 5 minutes of unhelpful (possibly the worst ever) AI interaction was placed on hold. When someone finally picked up, I learned you are actually unable to call this store, or any Best Buy store. Every single call placed to the individual store phone numbers listed are now routed to an overseas call center. This is unbelievable! No shade to the employees at this store they have always been great. What a shame they can’t pay you more and let you answer the phones. Corporate greed at its finest. Update: Visited the store today and the employees were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have been shopping this location for decades and the service is still great. I’m leaving the single star review because of the corporate greed. The AI response to my initial review only proves the point! Best Buy corporate DO BETTER!!! Pay your employees more they are the only reason people my age are still shopping there.

    Don’t get to Best Buy that often anymore. I needed to upgrade my TV to better connect with my other entertainment components, specifically HDMI ARC for a sound bar. It wasn’t too busy when I arrived on a Thursday afternoon. There were a few associates available around the store, but I didn’t need any help. I found a small selection of 50 inch TVs that met my requirements. The checkout process was straightforward, and I was able to split the purchase between a prepaid debit card with a small remaining balance and my regular credit card. A pretty uneventful, but successful visit.

    Sharing my recent experience so future customers are aware before making a purchase at this location. I visited this store on November 26 and spent several hours researching before purchasing a camera (around $2,500). During checkout, the store team also helped create my Best Buy account and process a new credit card. The next day, I discovered that my account was not working correctly. None of my orders or card details were visible. After speaking with customer support, I was told that two different accounts were accidentally created in the system, which caused everything to stop working. Because of this issue, I was unable to make any online purchases, including the Black Friday deals I had planned for. I spent the next two days trying to fix the issue — calling support, returning to the store, and waiting for assistance — but I was informed the system could take up to 30 days to update. Due to this, I ended up not purchase the camera because I couldn’t continue with the purchase. What made it worse was the attitude. The store manager even suggested this was “my problem,” even though I did not create any account — the employees did everything in-store. This error also caused a significant loss for me. Because my account was locked for many days, I missed several Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals that I had specifically waited for, and I was unable to purchase the items I originally planned at their discounted prices. This was the direct result of the account being created incorrectly at the store by the store executive. The most disappointing part was the lack of clear communication and support during the experience. I was hoping for better guidance, especially since the account issue started at the store itself. For future customers: If your account has any issues, it may take time to resolve, and it can affect online purchases or promotional offers. It’s something to be aware of before making a large purchase or applying for store financing. This was an unfortunate experience for me, and I hope it helps others be better prepared.

    I had a remote start put in car today at the store on Bluemound. Just wanted to give kudos to Eli, who did the install. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. An all around nice guy and a good experience.
