Don't spend your money with best buy or toshiba. Best buy delivered a toshiba 85 in tv to my daughter and son in-law broken. And will not do anything about it, no return or exchange. Almost $700 down the drain for a TV they never got to use.

Shope Best Buy a lot and total tech membership. They need to revisit not be able to talk to the stores. This is the most frustrating thing ever since they made this change....
The computerized phone system is the worst experience ever....
Need to check availability or place an item on hold forget it. Better service from Amazon, this is why Best Buy struggling. They should provide better customer experiences or i can just have it delived by Amazon in a few hours or a day and not deal with this.

You cannot call the store directly. First they connect you to an AI that does not have any answers. Then they connect you to someone overseas who does not have any answers. Overseas rep will refuse to connect you to the store. I can go in the store and people are just standing around not doing anything. this is idiocy.

I had my car stereo installed by Tyler. He was the nicest and most knowledgeable guy, i have an old car and its interior is reputably brittle. He took great car of it, kept everything in one piece (which is nearly impossible with the fragility of the plastic interior, faux wood paneling). He took his time and made it sure everything worked, that the presets delivered the best sound possible (car had old speakers i have not replaced), and that the new system didnt interfere with any of the climate controls (a common problem with my model car, 94 lesabre). He was so meticulous. I really love my car, its my "classic ride", my family car, I take so much pride in it. I put it in the right hands with Tyler. I cannot recommend him enough. Thanks dude! Youre off to great things in life.
