Very stressed about the way I was getting treated at another cellular store and getting the right phone's that we wanted. Went in for four phones and walked out with three of them and the last one on it's way. Very pleased with the contact and happy we got the phone's we wanted. Thank you and happy holiday's

Which ultimately ended up stuck in SOS mode for a week with my number in lingo. I went to verizon tonight and Scott solved my week long problem quickly and efficiently. I will never go anywhere else seeking phone service. Scott was a very nice man, confident and determined to make it right. I appreciate Scott cleaning up the mess.

Not only is he great with making sure you are satisfied with your service but he adds on whatever extra value he can! I was with AT&T for a while and I was scared to switch but Scott took care of us and I’m looking forward to my start with Verizon!

He walked me through every step of the process, helped me with my phone trade-in, and made sure I was getting the best value and plan for my needs, as well as some other accessories I was interested in. Trevor was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and friendly the whole time. There was a customer who was extremely loud and rude to others waiting in line and being helped and he handled it very professionally and I appreciated the fact they didn't let it go ignored. I really appreciated how he took the time to explain everything and never made me feel rushed, even. though I forgot my passwords to accounts and it took a little longer on my side. Customer service like this is EXTREMELY hard to find!! If you're thinking about switching carriers, definitely go see Trevor at Verizon!
