He was so helpful and was able to honor the deal Verizon was offering over a month ago when I ordered my phone. I highly recommend this store.

I made an appointment with Tristain to come in and switch to Verizon wireless and switch to Verizon internet to save money. brought in our previous wireless bill to get a better price. Tristain said we would get $800 to pay off our phones from ATT. Got to the store and Tristain said he had a way to save us more money. sign us up under their Busisness plan. we wouldn't get any perks but would save more money. going through this Tristain said we woud get free cases, screen protectors chargers and camara protectors. We paid $1200 at the store but were told through credits we wouldn't have a bill for 3 months. We were at the store for 4 hours. Got our 1st bill. it was small. 2nd bill was $215. 3rd bill was $349. $75 more than we were paying. talked to 2 different people from the store and said there was nothing we could do. I never would have went there if we had to pay more. I recomend not going to this store unless you want to get scammed. Never received our credits, we had to pay ATT and we are now paying $75 more a month than we were paying.
