They explained everything in great detail for my 70 year old parents, and made the whole process the easiest switch we have ever had. The techs on the other lines setting things up didn't seem to know what they were doing, but both Ed & Jerreau were on top of eveything and made the transition to a new phone carrier smooth. Both were knowledgable with the products in store & quick to get everything switched over smoothly. We even overheard Jerreau speaking with some younger customers who came in, answering their questions & asking them about their winter break so far. He seemed genuinely invested in the community & the customers. That is refreshing to see in a world where most people don't seem to care about their jobs. Ed is also very genuine & went the extra step to help my father tie his shoe since it is hard for him to bend over. They both went above and beyond with their customer service & made us all feel like family in the time we spent in store. It is reassuring to know when we aren't in town to help the parents with phone problems, that these two will be there to help them out.
