Then when we went to change carriers and unlock this particular phone it was unable to be unlocked and cricket initially refused to unlock it claiming that it was with another carrier. All this happened because the store manager couldn't do his job.

Normally I love cricket but Shakira has horrible advice. 1st time she advised me in not to buy case and screen saver through them to go to 5Below. I went to 5 below to find out they didn't have my phone style stuff by the time I got back to my phone was shattered. So I buy a new one with screen saver, case, and wall charger saying its a deal if you get 3... The wall charger is not compatible with my phone... And now I can't exchange the never been used not compatible with my phones charging phone. How disappointing
