Absolute garbage service. Had battery replaced August, monthly later the bulging battery in the phone cracked the screen. Discovery of battery issue happened when I went to get screen replaced. Absolutely no help from the Geek Squad on the less than 8 month old battery. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but Geek Squad.

Made apt. Guy was 5 min late. After he did his computer thing about 15 min worth I was told to come back in one hour for new battery replacement. It was done on time and this was on a Sunday.

Around the end of September, we brought a Dell G16 laptop in for cleaning and repairs involving the fans. Upon bringing it in, we got a quote saying it'd take a few weeks to have the laptop shipped out for repairs.
It took less than a week for it to ship down to where it'd be repaired, but for the next 3 weeks, it seemed to just be sitting around because they could not find the correct part to replace and/or fix the fan barring. They didn't even clean it up in the meanwhile.
We just picked the laptop back up around less than an hour as of writing this. While I do recall the laptop being dirty and scratched, there were light colored streaks and smeers on the screen and surface of the laptop. Not only that, but the laptop would not boot up successfully.
While we're thankful that they offered full refund in exchange for an unsuccessful repair, I'm incredibly disappointed that nearly a month went by, and it only resulted in something worse. They didn't even mention that the laptop wouldn't boot up while being looked at in any capacity.
Didn't even feel like it was worth it to bring it back, we brought the laptop elsewhere for Repairs. Would not recommend going through Geek Squad for repairs.
On top of that, they handed us a fourm that has the words "Mission Complete" on top of that, as if it were some sort of successful win. It's sad given the context.

I came to get my AppleCare service because the charging port on my iPhone 16 Pro Max stopped working. After the repair, I noticed what looked like a small scratch on the screen. I didn’t give it much importance at the time, thinking it might have happened during the service.
However, about two weeks later the scratch started spreading into an actual crack. I made an appointment right away, but had to reschedule due to work. When I finally brought it in, I was told that because I didn’t report the issue immediately, AppleCare couldn’t help since it’s considered cosmetic damage.
I truly believe this damage started after your repair, as the screen was in perfect condition before. It’s very disappointing to see the screen worsening just a month after service, especially when I’ve always taken great care of my phone. I’d really appreciate it if Best Buy could review this as a possible workmanship-related issue under the repair warranty.
Good place go to for all your electronic devices when you can't connect them yourself.
