The gentleman helped me look at multiple options and then put it all together in a system that I'm excited to see in my vehicle. Their store didn't have a current option to have it installed at that location, so he texted me the whole set up details and even offered to process everything and have their other location install it. Best Buy far out did another large company that we first stopped at that specializes in car audio. Better service, better products, and far better specialized options.

Dont order anything online just go in person. You can't make this up, today 9/20 they canceled my order, they are really good in taking my hard earned money, now I got to wait 3-7 days to get my money back, great. Thank you best buy, if I could I would give them a Fat Zero for the great help. I called for help to purchase this item online, i got excellent help. But then when they cancel my order they don't want to help me at all, great. This was my first online purchase and it's going to be my last.
