The front end is a group of very kind people. We saw Dr Nanda, who recommended a medication we had on hand. We would try it on our dog for a week, then call if we wanted a prescription for it.
On Friday, April 3, 9:03 am, we called requesting the prescription that had already been approved. They said they would call or text when it was sent to the pharmacy. On Monday late afternoon, we still hadn't received a text, so called the vet. They said she was in, but hadn't approved it yet. Tuesday morning, we called again since no approval still.
On Tuesday night, the pharmacy texted that the prescription was ready.
On Wed, we hadn't gotten a text from the vet about the prescription being approved.
I decided to speak with a manager since the front end couldn't easily report this to them. I was on hold for 15 minutes, with no answer of any kind (our previous vets answered and asked if we could hold before putting us on hold). Another attempt was a 10 minute hold.
I was given email addresses for the managers, one of which didn't spell the first name correctly, so my email didn't go through.
The email I received said they allow 72 for the vet to approve a medication.
Would not recommend.

Incredibly overpriced, should have shopped around, but I came because I had the “free first exam” coupon. My dog is totally healthy, just needed a heartworm test and rx. Their recommended total for tests and exam and one vaccine was $860. They tried to sneak in a stool sample test for $200, for a healthy 6yo dog. I declined almost everything. Absolutely insane.
They still charged $110 for a heartworm test and $75 for a lepto vaccine. Other places charge less than $40 for hw test and under $30 for a lepto vaccine. My mistake, should have checked their prices.

Buz, my senior diabetic cat, saw Dr. Song today to establish care, and I wanted to express our gratitude. Dr. Song was incredibly informative and thoughtful in explaining his diabetes and what we can do to improve his management.
Buz has struggled to stay well controlled since his diagnosis two years ago, and since we adopted him a year ago, this was the first appointment where we truly felt a doctor was deeply invested in helping us get his diabetes under control.
Dr. Song took the time to educate us, answer our questions, and create a clear plan moving forward. It gave us so much hope and confidence that Buz is finally in the right hands.
Thank you, Dr. Song, for your care, compassion, and dedication to helping Buz live a healthier life! We’re so grateful and excited for what’s ahead!

I've taken my cat Rambo here a couple times, and we also used to take our rabbit here when he was still alive. The staff has always been very kind, understanding, and patient, both with us pet parents and our pets. The doctor was informative about her concerns with our kitty (he's an older guy, about 14, so starting to hit health issues). All of the staff were great about taking care to make the appointment as stress free as possible for Rambo. Lots of treats, mellow voices, and having me help when possible for holding him in place so as to not freak him out with a bunch of new random people grabbing him. My only complaint is how expensive it was, but I understand that we needed to run some extra tests that are more spendy. The vet assistant was patient with me when I asked her to break down the charges a couple of times, and let me know what the main difference between the two plan options I had were. Checkout was quick and easy as well, which I really appreciated since Rambo absolutely hates his carrier, so the faster we can get home the better! Thank you for caring so much about my furry family member!
