He was calm, professional and explained everything he was doing and gave us his undivided attention. He had our best interest in mind and helped us save some money to lower our bill. Daniel is the best Verizon representative that I have interacted with since being a Verizon member for 4 years. I went to the Verizon at the Vancouver plaza and they said they couldn’t help me and that I had to call IT, then walked away without saying anything else. We left and decided to go this Verizon on 117th Ave and Daniel was able to help us in the fraction of the time that we were at the Vancouver Plaza. When I need a Verizon representative, I hope to encounter someone like Daniel but I will be seeking out Daniel’s services to upgrade other phones on my account.
