- MMmatterDec 29, 20251.0i came in to buy a screen protector , the staff literally harassed me into opening a new line . i kept asking specifically if they had the screen protector i came in for , they refused to answer and kept pressuring me ( i had a difficult time standing for myself before ) ... i pay for the most expensive 1 line service . verizon has done nothing but mess with my service ,disconnecting it at minutes at a time ( was with verizon on a family plan MY WHOLE LIFE , WAS NEVER THIS DISRESPECTED ) .... the phone itself had issues from the beginning, the store did nothing to help , i was left alone dealing with everything . i am switching off verizon as soon as i can and will NEVER recommend them to any one with humanity ( esp. Pro Palestinians )

Super grateful for how awesome Verizon has been since I opened an account when I was just me 10 years ago. Family has been growing and so has our service with Verizon.
