When I went in they had 1000 off of each phone and $600 credit per line. I got 3 lines for the business and expected things to go smooth. Im 6 months in to this and it's a disaster. They never gave me the credits on my account due to some bs and now I have to constantly go to the store or call just to get a temporary credit. If I miss going and constantly checking if the multi billion dollar company finally gave me my credit, my bill is over double what it's supposed to be. Its been 6 months now and things are constantly getting moved up the chain apparently and I'm confused on y the billion dollar company won't just do what they promised. Its all in the notes of my account about the stuff they promised me.I made sure. Its honestly getting ridiculous at this point.
