Too bad they don’t have a manager that has taught them that every customer that comes into the store is a potential customer. I was definitely a potential customer and I was looking for a reason to change my phone service over to this carrier, after I see the way that the storm employees behaved towards customers that won’t be happening.

I brought the internet equipment back to the store as instructed by Verizon customer service and wanted a receipt for my last bill as I have no access into the website or app because I am no longer with Verizon. I walked in and explained I am here to turn in the internet WiFi equipment as instructed by Verizon customer service. The male employee said we don’t take those internet equipment here. I said where do I go he said go to the Vancouver Mall store they can help me, I asked for a receipt for my payment I made today and he said they don’t do that at his Hazel Dell store. He said they are unable to give me a receipt after paying $900 plus dollars earlier via phone call. I asked where can I get a receipt, the African American sales person said to go to Vancouver Mall Verizon and they can help you, I said to him so I wasted my time here he said no, and I walked out. I am so glad I left this company, if I could give zero stars I would. Horrible service
