    What can I say about my visit to the Vancouver Verizon store? Never have I been treated with such kindness and respect from beginning to end. Troy was an absolute ANGEL!! Not only did he help me reset my phone even though he was supposed to be on break he had snacks to share and even helped jumpstart my car!! I don’t know who to tell this to so I’ll tell everyone GIVE HIM A RAISE!!!

    Troy is knowledgeable, efficient and very helpful. He solved in 10 minutes what every other call to customer service could not. 4 months of absolute misery calling & customer service chats. Finally fixed my billing issue. ***Pro tip: never call or contact Verizon customer service on your phone. They failed me every time with every representative saying something & then wasn't accurate. Call again the following month, completely different responses, all failures. Less than zero faith in calling, chatting or texting Verizon customer service. Absolute atrocious service. Go to this location and ask for Troy.

    I have been a loyal Verizon customer for over 15 years, since high school, and I have never experienced customer service as poor as I did at this location. When I walked in, the store was completely empty—no customers at all—yet the two gentlemen sitting at a desk didn’t bother to acknowledge me. After asking if I could sit down to discuss a phone promotion, I was helped by an associate named Ray. From the very start, Ray’s demeanor was unprofessional. He was curt, visibly annoyed, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing him simply by asking questions. When I asked whether it would be possible to upgrade to a lesser model, his literal response was, “Good luck.” That was rude, dismissive, and entirely inappropriate coming from someone representing Verizon. I made every effort to remain cordial throughout the interaction, but his attitude forced me to leave the store midway through my question. After 15+ years of loyalty to Verizon, this experience genuinely made me reconsider whether to remain a customer. This location should be scrutinized by upper management immediately. If Verizon values its customers, it cannot allow associates to treat them with such disrespect and disregard. Customers deserve professionalism, courtesy, and clear assistance—not sarcasm and contempt. I truly feel awful having to leave this review, but ai genuinely was just looking for information regarding my upgrade options.
