There was one other customer in the store and all 5 employees were more invested in helping that person. The manager seemed very interested in doing anything but helping.

They assigned us lines that we didn’t want, didn’t let us know that they were active, so when they weren’t paid because we didn’t know they were live, they sent it to collections. I have never had the displeasure of working with more consistently incompetent people than I have with Verizon.

They said they would pay off my daughter in laws phone and give her a new one for free and they never paid it off. They gave me a rate per line with a package and the package was $10 more per line than they priced me. For a month they have been asked to fix this, the Manager and the salesman lied to us and there are no repercussions so they don't fix. What is the best way to get results out of this crappy location?
