    People and company are absolutely useless when your phone breaks. This is the 3rd Verizon store we’ve been to today and not one person has actually been able to help. Once we have this sorted out we will be switching carriers since Verizon makes it impossible for its customers to do anything with their own accounts.

    Verizon has the most unprofessional and incompetent employees I’ve ever dealt with. They have no idea what they’re doing, can’t solve even the simplest issues, and clearly don’t understand their own job. Every time I ask for help, all they care about is taking more money — trying to open new lines or sell unnecessary services instead of actually helping. Absolutely terrible customer service. I would never recommend Verizon to anyone.

    Made an appt on the app. Was helped right away. Although they couldn't help me return my phone. The guy was really nice, and helpful. No wait time which was nice. Not to happy with verizon, and the price of the phones, and plans.

    I don’t usually leave reviews, but Mark at Verizon seriously deserves one. He was absolutely awesome to work with! Super chill, super helpful, and actually cared about getting me the best deal instead of just trying to sell me something. He made the whole process quick, easy, and honestly kind of fun. I walked out of there feeling like I got hooked up by a friend, not a salesperson. If you go to Verizon, ask for Mark — the guy’s a legend.
