    I just switched my services over to Verizon. I like to do things on my own so i did it all online. When i phones came, they werent active so i sook out the help of their corporate store. Jaden helped me the first, second and third time i came in. I appreciate their effort to get me out the door asap, but i really felt like i was being rushed and not really listened to. I realized this after the second time i went in. All these issues are issues only they could help me with, or i would do it myself. The 3rd time i went in, i had an appointment which they didnt help me until 10 minutes after the appointment time. Even though the manager was just walking around (she was helping customers when i came in, so she could have helped me). They wanted Jaden to help me, even though in the end the manager had to help me. Jaden was trying to get me out the door saying i needed to ship my return back on my own. He got his manager and helped me. I wasnt done with needing help, but again Jaden wanted me out the store. I stood my ground and spoke slowly to make sure he understood because he kept cutting me off assuming my request. I decided to write this review after we were waiting on hold with customer service, and Jaden begins doom scrolling on his phone, slouched on the desk. Verizon. Do better.

    4 times I've been here and this is the last one. Nick got me a "great deal" to upgrade early, but ended up costing me $200 more a month. Called customer service TWICE to fix it and I'm consistently getting screwed from this "deal". Today, the last guy I talked to just called 611 on my phone and handed it to me so I had to take care of it myself again cause he was clocking out in a few minutes. No forwarding to another in-store staff. Employees who don't care points right to management who doesn't hold them accountable for their actions. If they aren't going to make commission off you, they don't want your business. 21 years I've been with Verizon and ive not had to deal with any problem like this til now. With 10 years of retail management with the best employees retention, I would clean this house so fast and hire people who actually want to do their job well and care about what their doing as if they had to be on the other side of the table.

    People and company are absolutely useless when your phone breaks. This is the 3rd Verizon store we’ve been to today and not one person has actually been able to help. Once we have this sorted out we will be switching carriers since Verizon makes it impossible for its customers to do anything with their own accounts.

    Verizon has the most unprofessional and incompetent employees I’ve ever dealt with. They have no idea what they’re doing, can’t solve even the simplest issues, and clearly don’t understand their own job. Every time I ask for help, all they care about is taking more money — trying to open new lines or sell unnecessary services instead of actually helping. Absolutely terrible customer service. I would never recommend Verizon to anyone.
