Once we have this sorted out we will be switching carriers since Verizon makes it impossible for its customers to do anything with their own accounts.

I would never recommend Verizon to anyone.

Super chill, super helpful, and actually cared about getting me the best deal instead of just trying to sell me something. He made the whole process quick, easy, and honestly kind of fun. I walked out of there feeling like I got hooked up by a friend, not a salesperson. If you go to Verizon, ask for Mark — the guy’s a legend.
