  Best Verizon store, thanks to my man Brock! He was very helpful and kept it real. Plus he got us as much of a discount/savings as he could. He even went out of his way to try to get our previous carrier to hurry up and transfer our phone lines, so we didn't have to be without service for very long. You want honest and truly helpful service, go check out Brock at this location. He went above and beyond and we are so grateful.

  If you're coming into Tumwater Verizon ask for Brock! I needed a lot of help and this young man gave me the best customer service! Very knowledgeable, kind and patient. He went above and beyond, thank you Brock!

  Are you a boomer without millennial kids at home to help fix your phone? Great news! Chris and the Verizon store daddy, Brock are happy to help! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made everything quick and easy. Clearly LGBTQ positive, although we’re not gay. Be sure to ask Brock about his adorable doggos. Highly recommend!

  We had the best customer service experience with Verizon in 20 years as customer. Brock was knowledgeable, helpful, and offered FIRST CLASS customer service. No pressure or greasy sales tactics. We felt heard and valued, go visit Brock for your Verizon service!!
