While using my phone, I received a notification that my SIM card was invalid. I made an appointment to visit the store, but I tried to troubleshoot some more on my own. I ended up making it worse, so I headed to the store to see if someone could look at it promptly (TLDR, I thought I had deactivated my phone number). I arrived and entered as a walk-in. All technicians were assisting customers, but it took only about 10 minutes for someone to assist me. April was outstanding! She reassured me that my phone number was okay and immediately began troubleshooting. She was polite, professional, and helped alleviate my concerns. She was able to set up a new SIM card, triple-check everything was good to go, and I was on my way! I will definitely visit this location again for any device-related concerns. Thank you, April!!
When I decided to switch from T-Mobile to Verizon in January 2026, I got told to come back later and return my old iPhone 15 after I transferred my info to new iphone 17 and then they’re gonna give me the “buy-back” ($547 Verizon visa card) toward the phone, …all i have to do is when i come back, give us your phone number and name and we can see in your account and will give you the V.Visa card, it’s that easy… by agent named April …by the way, her Customer Service is five star, …So when I come back on 01/24/2026…greeted by one of the agent, I gave my phone number and my name and then I gave him my iPhone 15 like I got told the last time, So he took my phone to the back of the store and few minutes later the agent comes back with paperwork it says (traded-in credit) to my account …my phone for $235 value. When I saw that, I started ask question? why the wrong value? I requested for the manager… when the manager Corey walked to ward us and stared his conversations with Very rude manners/questioned me? …(what’s the problem?) and again I explained to him what I got told 1st time and then what is happenlng right now is, wrong procedure by his agent, and then he (corey) said, why I’m blaming his agent for wrong doing because you just walked in. You gave him your iphone for trade-in. And then with …continuing rude attitude He said …his is going to “fix it with promo-correction I am the manager”, but do not blame his agent for wrong-doing and then …I said, i told your coworker agent exactly what I got told in the 1st time by your other agent, again!…I said, i gave my phone number/name to your agents…they can see in my account, What is the details about the iphone. …It’s easy like you guys said in 1st visit. and then I said, OK fix it then, …Right away i can see, his big ego talking…The manager (Corey) said…”fix it” NO, you go ahead and call *611 Customer Service about this problems, let them help you. And then i said, hmm…you can return my iPhone 15, I don’t need a your Customer Service and then …he (corey) said, too late it’s processed already, it is gone. And then, shaking my head and walking away towards the door of the store, …I said (unbelievable) and then he said, I can hear you saying that and then I said to him this, …I turned around by the door of the store and staring in to his eyes, (your Customer Service is sucks). And then he said, thank you. I walked way to my car and call *611 Customer Service about the situation.
It looks like a shady business going on in the store. Verizon please investigate!
