- JRJianna RichardsonNov 5, 20251.0Linda wouldn’t let me pickup my paid online phone cause I didn’t have ID (understandable) told me I can have someone else come and show ID and I said ok I’m going to get her here and as soon as I order the uber for my person she cancels my order and then acts like she doesn’t know and tells me it’s still up for them. Idk if it was a mistake or not but they had me sitting in there for 3 hours with 0 help and did not care at all to fix this issue. I tried to redo the payment but then it started asking for pictures of my id and social security card 🙄 (didn’t need to do that the first time ) she told me that they would help me and possibly clear that for me but if not we would run the credit under my sister name. She never ended up helping me and decided to send a whole different person instead of helping me with the issue she caused. I called Verizon and they told me they can’t cancel orders. And then they were being even more difficult saying that we had to call Verizon and cancel our online application so they can help in store and so I did and on the phone they told me they don’t have the authorization to do that and to hand the phone to the associate which they wouldn’t take the phone and th lady told me she could only wait for 2 minutes and proceeded to tell me there’s nothing they can do and we had to wait 48-72 hours for my sisters credit check?!? In what world does someone go to a phone store and have to wait 2-3 days for approval??? This store is very odd and doesn’t care for customer service. Got my refund after forever but I’m still upset because I’m still without a phone or service
