    Came in with an issue, had an appointment, was seated right away was helped 5 minutes later. Was helped by Philip whose multitasking skills were phenomenal. He helped this other guy and me at the same time, while one persons devises were loading he would switch to the other- seriously super impressive and neither one of us felt like it was hindering on our own appointments. Me issue was solved, and I went on my merry way. Thank you Apple!

    Horrible customer service. We went in yesterday to get help with iCloud recovery. My husband’s phone had been locked and he couldn’t remember the password so we figured we would go to Apple to get help or atleast directed on how to recover so we can get back into his phone. Immediately the guy who helped us assumed the phone was stolen and said he couldn’t help us until we showed proof of purchase. I’m repeatedly asking him what does iCloud recovery have to do with the actual device being locked. We just need help recovering iCloud password so we can unlock the phone, but he refused to even help or look into it for us. We went home and did some more research and just did it ourselves but all in all absolutely ridiculous and won’t be going back to this store.

    Don’t go here unless you want to repeat yourself a million times and have Technicians walk away from you. Spent two hours and still having the same issues.

    Apple made a huge mistake and lost my trust This location Apple employees deleted all my important documents even after I told them three times not to. They acted like nothing happened and called it an “accident.” Later they admitted their mistake, gave me a case number, and told me to start a long legal process that could take months — just to maybe get a few hundred dollars. That’s not the point; the real question is why this happened at all. They even offered me a gift card like that makes it okay. When you buy something, they won’t give even one cent off, but when they destroy your data, they act like it’s no big deal. This shows they’re not doing a great job protecting customers, and because of that, Apple lost a loyal customer and left me with a very bad experience. No matter what type of phone or product they make in the future, I will never buy anything from Apple again.
