I would give this store zero stars due to the associates’ lack of product knowledge. For every question I asked, the associate had to go to the manager for answers.

The Apple employee who helped me buy my phone was so nice and answered all our questions and waited when we had to find stuff and was just patient and kind, we forgot her name but shout out to all of the kind employees.

It's been a while since I came to the Apple store in Tukwila. As my lady and I approached the store we saw lots of folks wearing the red shirts. There were a few of them who looked at us with a signal to help, but the one that caught my attention was a guy with tons of hair sticking out of his nose. I believe his name was Aaron. He assisted us with the purchase of a new iPhone.
After that, he handed us off to another person to assist with the iPhone setup. It was an asian girl wearing a mask, not sure if she was sick or not but she was less than helpful. She glanced at my lady’s newly purchased iPhone once and said, “That section is self-explanatory. You need to set it up yourself.” A big black guy came over and got all her attention. They were in the back with us but their eyes and their attentions were towards the folks in the front — trying to make more sales from people walking in the door guess. So, that was that.
Seth came by to help us with the rest. All in all, I'm giving this store a good rating because the few people I dealt with came through for us. Thank you, Seth and Aaron.
I might stop by to purchase a couple more iPhones from you.

This is the worst customer service I’m pretty sure I’ve ever experienced in my life. Their floor “lead” Ahna was extremely rude, defensive and unpleasant to deal with. I’ve never written a Google review but felt I had to and if I could figure out how to get management involved with her I would. I’d be embarrassed to have her as any sort of position of power if I was her employer.
