  Stopped by Best Buy, and this place feels like stepping into a world of possibilities 💻📱✨ Right when you walk in, you get that modern, clean, almost futuristic vibe Everything is organized, bright, and easy to explore 🔵⚪ 🚗➡️🏬🚶‍♂️🙂 From the busy road outside into a calm, structured space where everything just makes sense You can walk around for a while here… not even buying anything Just exploring, comparing, getting ideas 💡📊 It’s one of those places that quietly pulls you in 💻📱🎧🖥️ Rows of technology, each section with its own little world And somehow it doesn’t feel overwhelming — it feels inviting The staff are chill, not pushy, which makes a big difference 🤝🙂 You can take your time, look around, and actually enjoy the process 🚶‍♂️➡️💻➡️✨ You come in with a thought… and leave with inspiration Not just a store — more like a space where ideas start forming And that’s what makes it worth coming back 🔁💙

  Twice now I've had issues with products and needed help and twice I was treated like a valued customer by Curtis, I think he's a manager, at the Tukwila store. Knowledgeable, customer focused and seriously a good rep. I hope this store recognizes when they have good managers that care a out customers. Both times I've come in, because of my work schedule it was probably within 5 or 10 minutes of closing... But I wasn't treated any differently than if it was the middle of the day and didn't feel like I was being rushed. Serious high five to Curtis and the folks at the phone desk. Serious thumbs down to the S25 FE for being a defective phone.

  Best Buy has some deals but mostly on things that no one wants. The selection is not that great and the prices of things that you actually want are usually higher than average. The biggest downside is the lack of knowledge and help from the staff. It literally took over an hour to get them to print out the prices of two washer and dryer combos that I was looking at. Then when they added up all their fees which was over $200 in delivery charges they were dead last compared with Lowe's, Home depot, and even Costco.

  Friendly greeting, as I entered the building. I was asked what my basic goal was. I told them the geek squad. They pointed me in the right direction to check in. I had an appointment and was probably seated within 5 minutes of the appointment time and was given the help I needed. Then I wanted to look at some other items in the store and they directed me in the right direction. Ask me whether I wanted them to call over to that section to tell them I was coming and what I was looking for. I demurred on that offer, but when I got to the section there were several people there to help out. Checkout was painless and the cashier reminded me of the return policy. Because I had a registered phone number with the chain, he told me that I would not need to bring back a receipt if I had to return something. All in all I would say the customer service was excellent, a far cry from most large retailers today. As I returned to my car, I noted that the parking lot still had lots of parking room and that The stalls were nicely spaced so that it was easy to get in and out of my car, even with a large pickup truck next to it.
