  Matt at the ZAGG in the Tacoma Mall was extremely helpful and friendly and made sure I got my replacement screen protector and even told my mom and I a funny joke! He was very pleasant and I appreciate his kindness.

  This is a well-deserved five star review. The associate Anthony was all about customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure that my Screen protector had a good fit. He made sure my phone was completely sealed around the edges, which I really appreciate because the last time I came here. The other person mistakingly left an air bubble, And over several months, there was dust in food that I could not get out of there. Anthony is awesome and zag screen protectors are the best there are no other skin protectors that compare compared to it. I spent a lot of money trying to get screen protectors that were a good deal and didn’t last more than a week or two, No matter what price point. Their warranty is awesome. I am a very satisfied customer!

  I recently upgraded my phone and the sales clerk at AT&T put a privacy screen on my phone, I think by accident. It got a crack in it a week later, but because it was a $55 screen protector and I had a lifetime warranty I was sure I wouldn’t have to come out of pocket. Fast forward a week later and my screen protector had a tiny hole and was shattering out. I found myself at the ZAGG kiosk in the Tacoma Mall and asked for the clear screen. They were out but had a different screen that’s not the privacy one. I had to pay extra to get the warranty on the new screen but it is blue instead and works better for me. I was kind of salty about that because lifetime warranty, to me, means they replace it for free but what do I know, right? Matthew put my screen on broke the bad news that I had to pay almost $30 to get the blue screen, but he sold me on it and told me two jokes. I am a happy customer just tired of having to restart warranties on these things…not Matthew’s fault. He is awesome. ZAGG what does the warranty actually cover???
