We never feel rushed during appointments, and the staff always makes us feel comfortable and heard. It’s clear they genuinely care about the well-being of our pet. We were rescheduled a couple times due to unforeseen circumstances, but the team was always in communication and kept us updated. What stood out most was their flexibility—they were able to provide us with an appointment sooner than we expected, which made a big difference. Overall, a really good place with a caring and professional team. Highly recommend!

She said that if my kitten wouldn’t stop spraying everywhere, even after doing everything we could, we should just return him to wherever we got him. No emotions, no hello, no good morning, no goodbye—just pure disappointment. Never coming back.
