    I had a great experience working with Les—he was extremely knowledgeable and, most importantly, very patient throughout the entire process. Switching back to Verizon from another carrier can be stressful, but he made it smooth and reassuring. The entire staff was welcoming, accommodating, and friendly, which made the experience even better. I’m truly relieved I made the switch back and highly recommend this location to anyone considering Verizon.

    I came in to upgrade from an iPhone 12 Pro Max to an iPhone 16 and was immediately told that choosing the base model would be a “downgrade” unless I went with the 16 Pro Max. I’m well aware of the differences between the models, but the way this was communicated came across as condescending. As someone who works in sales, this felt like a poor and ineffective attempt at upselling and took away from what should have been a straightforward upgrade experience.
