He went above and beyond in his attempt to get us what we came for and more, while giving us the space to make our own final decisions, and still presented us with information about any available options for added promos.. He even offered to discuss havjng our activation fees waived the following day with his manager and getting them money applied to our bill. IIn short this guy in my opinion made the whole process pleasant, stress free, no over emphasized sales enforcing.. I would recommend this guy to anyone looking to swap three current service or get into a new device. his positive attitude made it a smooth and satisfactory endeavor and I left with everything I came for. This was the store in lakewood wa on 100th and Bridgeport shopping center and the gentleman's name was Darrell he was worth talking about !! 5 stars ate for him i love my degide too! Lol
