I bought a TV from best buy. Ive had issues with and they also sent the wrong size.
.TV is really hard to come on. Some days it just wont. Terrible experience

Battery replaced, but screen left misaligned.
I had the battery in my iPhone 13 Pro replaced here. After the repair, the screen was not flush with the frame along the charging-port side—there was a visible gap. I went back the same day; the engineer and staff acknowledged the issue but asked me to return the next day as they were closing.
When I returned, they kept the phone for ~30 minutes, then told me their lead didn’t see a problem and the only option was a full screen replacement—which they couldn’t guarantee wouldn’t be installed the same way. This leaves me concerned about the phone’s water resistance and overall workmanship.
I’m giving two stars because the battery was replaced, but I don’t recommend this service. Next time I’ll go directly to Apple.

Trying to return a pre-built PC. Bought for a month old. At first they told me that there’s something wrong with my PC and offer me 80 USD just for diagnostic the error. Second time I went back cause I know there’s nothing wrong with it, and they excusing me for modifying the PC and denied to accept the return. And when I go to the different best buy branch they ran check and there was no issue at all and accepted my return with out any issue. I would not recommend you to go to this bestbuy Tacoma Geek Squad cause I don’t believe that they are competent

The service to repair my computer virus was fast and efficient. This is my second visit and each time the service guy has been extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Good Job Geek Squad!!
