It is a BestBuy. Think large warehouse with electronics everywhere grouped by categories.
This is one of the nicer ones in the area. It has a decent amount of parking with a small garage. It is clean and the staff has always been friendly and helpful.
Other than the AT&T sales people pushing their services its one of the easier shopping experiences where the sales people don’t seem to be pushing a specific device or manufacture.

They are so understaffed!! I stood in line for 30 minutes to return an item. Ultimately I left…. If they want to run a business, they should staff the business!

Customer service is horrible. The workers dont help anyone. They are all there but ignore the customers. I had a question and there was 4 workers talking to one another. Completely ignoring me. I put my stuff down and walked out of the store. I have had multiple times going in. Always horrible service. Bad customer service. The management aren't better. No one knows how to help or have to look something up because they dont know the area they are working in. Everyone says they're in a different department. They ask if you need help, then when you do, call someone else to take over while they leave you unattended. This store needs new management and new workers. People who know what department they're working in and at least know what they're selling instead of taking 15mins to look it up. Horrible store. Would only recommend knowing what you need, go in, get it, pay and walk out. It'll probably be the fastest time in and out.

Geek squad requires an appointment in advance which creates a huge bottleneck at store when customers don’t schedule in advance and still want assistance. A scheduled appointment still took much longer to get seen than it should have because of this.
