I didnt get the managers info, but I had a phenomenal experience
I stopped going to in person pokemon drops because of some terrible gamestop experiences and chaos.
The employees handled this incredibly well. Asher took great care of me. Look forward to the next one!

I spent 15 minutes at the mobile counter today, half-expecting a tumbleweed to roll across the carpeted floor. As you can see from my photo, the department has been reclaimed by the wilderness. I stood there in the deafening silence, waiting for a single human soul to emerge from the shadows, but it seems the staff has vanished into the Tacoma mist.
If you're looking for a new phone, you’d have better luck sending a carrier pigeon. I didn't just wait; I bore witness to the extinction of customer service. I eventually had to leave before the silence consumed me entirely. Enter at your own risk—bring a survival kit and a map, because you aren't finding any help here.

If you buy a warranty, make sure you add to it before it expires or it will lapse. If you buy something with interest deferred, your payments will not go toward the deferred interest items unless you make specific extra payments toward the items. SO MAKE THOSE EXTRA PAYMENTS OR YOU WILL BE SHOCKED IN 2 YEARS WHEN NOT ONE PAYMENT HAS BEEN APPLIED TO THOSE ITEMS AND YOU OWE ALL OF THE INTEREST UP FRONT. Other than that, they are great!

I needed a new Netgear WiFi USB cable so went to Best Buy, I went back to computer area and found someone to help me , I showed him the old cable and the first thing he said rudely is what is that, so I had to explain to him what it is and that I need a new one. It took me where I could find new ones and I looked at what they had there and I reached down and grabbed one and started looking at it and he said oh no you don't need that you need this one which is twice the price he said it will work much better so I purchased that one. I got home and hooked it up and it obviously didn't work I tried to figure out why and after a while I realized the one he gave me was for Windows 10 and 11 only. and I had told him that mine is an older Windows 8. I went back to return it and hopefully get a different one that would work when I got there I talked to a different person and they said they don't make anything for Windows 8 anymore. Make a long story short the first salesperson I talked to was rude, unprofessional , and really had no idea what he was talking about. This isn't the first time I've had a problem with Best Buy

We had a great experience with Best Buy. The store has an excellent selection and a wide variety of appliances, making it easy to find exactly what we needed.
Our refrigerator delivery was handled by Jose and Manuel, and they were absolutely outstanding. They were responsible, attentive, and highly professional. When we had trouble removing our old refrigerator, they suggested that we remove the handles, after which they carefully took out the old unit, gently brought in the new one, and connected everything properly.
Best Buy clearly not only offers a wonderful assortment of products, but also employs amazing delivery professionals. Special thanks to the store manager for building such a strong team. Thank you, Best Buy!
