  Went in there to get a phone replaced with apple care. Was told I had to wait an hour to get help because I don't have my password. Employees standing around doing nothing. Finally got help which took 2 hours. Had a new phone which was not activated, and a promise that my password would be good to go within 24 hours. With the help of my trusted person that confirmed it was me, the said I would be good to go when a message was received in 12 days. Who can wait 12 days to get a phone working, and what company you trusts your store with hundreds of thousands in merchandise, but doesn't trust them to verify your identity within a few minutes?

  Apple intentionally locks iMessage to Apple devices, which is why full texting on Windows simply does not exist. There are no public APIs that allow Microsoft or any third party to sync full conversations, message history, media, or advanced features like reactions and edits. Because of that restriction, Windows can only access basic SMS relays over Bluetooth, which explains the missing threads, broken group chats, and inconsistent syncing. Meanwhile, Android allows deep system integration with Windows, proving the limitation is not technical, it is Apple’s closed platform policy designed to keep users inside their ecosystem.

  We entered the store and were greeted immediately. We were told we were added to a list so we started to browse. Several employees said hello and checked with us while we looked around for about 5 minutes. We were helped after a very short wait, went over the things we wanted to purchase, and did our purchase. We were in and out in about 20 minutes. The young man who helped us was very helpful and explained everything, was super nice. The team seems to enjoy their work and it really added to our experience. It was a busy Saturday too!

  There isn’t a whole lot to say—it’s an Apple Store. We were greeted when we walked in, and then someone else was asked to help us with our iPhone needs, though he was assisting other customers at the time. We waited a little while and then explained what we were looking for. At first, he said the model we wanted wasn’t available in the size and color we wanted, only in a different size. After going back and forth and checking again, he eventually found that the color and size we wanted was available. We also asked about an employee discount through our company, but after checking, there wasn’t one available. In the end, we got what we wanted, paid for it, and walked out the door.
