  Terrible experience my phone is broken I pay. For an extended warranty and they won’t replace the phone with out sending my phone out for 2weeks. It’s. My business phone. 1800$ deposit and I still have to wait for a phone. This is unacceptable

  Totally ignore you if you need help, seem to be only interested in “buyers”, me and my husband have bought so many Apple products over years this store almost wants me to change that!! Disappointed customer!

  This experience made me not hate Apple stores. Iris was so charming and sweet, even when I mistook her pronouns (so sorry Iris!). She helped us from the moment we walked in, directed me exactly where I needed to go (the phone case wall) and expertly (with extreme attention to detail) applied my phone screen cover for me. Iris is a superstar! Give her a raise!

  I am not one to write a bad review but we just had absolutely terrible customer service. This is the second time in a row I’ve come into Apple with a phone issue and they’ve tried to pawn it off to the Apple care phone number.. which was zero help at all. My husband lost his phone five days ago and it’s been a nightmare getting is replaced. We even pay for Apple care theft protection!!!!! After no help with Apple chat or support, we decided to drive 45 minutes into a store to try and get some sort of help getting him a new phone. They keep trying to send his lost phone a number to relay back to them but his phone was stolen! We can’t be the first Apple phone that’s gotten lost/stolen. We ended up driving to our phone carrier and getting a new phone entirely- not Apple. Never again. Apple products/support seem to have gone downhill.

  Brantley gave me excellent customer service he is a keeper. I went to call the manager and the recording miss understood me I said I wanted to leave a compliment and it said complaint so don't hold that against Brantley. Thank you so much for your help and patience!
