  All the positive reviews are fake... this inadequate company should NEVER be allowed to collect our tax dollars again. They should be ashamed of their selves for even owning a business license in this state; They don't take pride in their work by never meeting any deadlines. They do a horrible job "patching roads" or as they call it repaying the asphalt. They continue to perform mediocre work so they can get the contract again next year... Who's bright idea was it to close market st down for an entire memorial week and not do a single thing on it, NO ONE was working the roads. They should have 3 shifts working to complete such a busy and fundamental road in Spokane, one shift after the other. But no, they rather milk the hours, not complete anything on time, causing more traffic jams and screwing us the tax payers over. The CEO should resign immediately and refund the state for not pouring thick concrete down before asphalting and building real roads like they should. That thermal expansion excuse for why the roads deteriorate every year, is such a lousy way of saying I can't build roads correctly... So we're going to renew contracts annually on the same roads and never be held accountable. You are a joke, you should let other people that can build long lasting roads do the job and forget this industry, you thieves. You have purposely caused unnecessary traffic in this city for long enough and the fact you can't even make the roads flush in height with man holes says enough about your quality control. Your workers sit around staring at each other like baboons waiting for leadership and now I know why. Look at my uploaded pictures, closed major road and NO ONE IS WORKING
