  Dropped off our laptop for service at the North Spokane store and Landi was very helpful. He was patient and knowledgeable and we didn't feel rushed. He explained what needed to be done and estimate of time. We appreciate such great service!

  Gave them my laptop almost three weeks ago. Got an email yesterday that they had just now ordered a part for my laptop. Leaving for college soon and it’s abt to be a month since my laptop has been with Geek Squad.
