    I originally went to the Sprague store to see about getting my son a new phone and all while the two gentlemen at the Sprague store were nice, they did not really know what they were doing, it seemed like. I ended up getting the phone without any accessories because they were all out, so I went to the store on Market and was greeted with many accessories(even for my outdated phone) and was given a great deal! Tia cleared things up for me and made me feel very welcomed and was very professional and courteous, helping me find screen protectors and phone cases. We're definitely going to go back to the store on Market if we need anything and I absolutely recommend this store over the Sprague one any day! Thank you again Tia!!

    I had the most wonderful experience at Cricket on Market st yesterday. Can you even say 'wonderful experience' when heading into a phone store? I never could until yesterday. The customer service i received from Tia was the best customer service experience I have ever had ANYWHERE in all my 41 years! Tia was genuinely friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Tia was multitasking and making herself respectfully available to every customer in her store while simultaneously not ignoring or taking away attention from her tasks. I joked saying she should be working for NASA. Tia went above and beyond for everyone in her store yesterday. This woman left an impression on me that I will never forget. I hope the owners of this location appreciate her and gives her a much deserved raise! I went home and immediately told my brother and friends about the deals cricket had and her amazing service. I will tell everybody to switch to cricket and as an added bonus, go meet Tia in Spokane on Market Street and she will renew your faith in humanity!
