  The manager was working when I arrived. I very clearly stated I wanted to buy a phone and only a phone as I already had accessories. The manager is the woman that sold me the phone and as she was ringing the phone up, she also rang up a screen protector. I stated I didn’t want that as I already had accessories! She stated that she couldn’t take it off once it was already rang ing so I was charged for the phone I came into buy and a screen protector that was $40 that I very clearly stated I don’t want. Sad that the manager would put her commission above what the customer wants! Won’t be returning to this location!

  Absolutely the worst. If the large girl is working you will be overcharged. My bill is 149 plus the 5 to push a couple buttons for a total of 154. Today my bill is 155 plus 5 for 160. MyCricket app says no it's still 149. It means she shouldn't be working by herself or at worst stealing. Either way it's a joke. Called store was told we will get back to you. No place to file a complaint. But as a consumer law attorney it's called Theft by Deception. So guess it means a new carrier and a lawsuit with police report.

  The lady their was very friendly and helpful. She did a wonderful job on helping my sister and I. She even explained everything so throughly and clear.

  Above and beyond, always willing to help anyway they can. I won't go to any other cricket store.
