- KPKacie PillarDec 15, 20252.0The manager was working when I arrived. I very clearly stated I wanted to buy a phone and only a phone as I already had accessories. The manager is the woman that sold me the phone and as she was ringing the phone up, she also rang up a screen protector. I stated I didn’t want that as I already had accessories! She stated that she couldn’t take it off once it was already rang ing so I was charged for the phone I came into buy and a screen protector that was $40 that I very clearly stated I don’t want. Sad that the manager would put her commission above what the customer wants! Won’t be returning to this location!
- HHHostile HauntsDec 1, 20251.0Absolutely the worst. If the large girl is working you will be overcharged. My bill is 149 plus the 5 to push a couple buttons for a total of 154. Today my bill is 155 plus 5 for 160. MyCricket app says no it's still 149. It means she shouldn't be working by herself or at worst stealing. Either way it's a joke. Called store was told we will get back to you. No place to file a complaint. But as a consumer law attorney it's called Theft by Deception. So guess it means a new carrier and a lawsuit with police report.
