  Such a great experience!! Everytime i've been here to get electronics everyone has been super kind and helpful to me couldn't ask for better customer service. They have great selection and amazing setup. Shout out to hank b cashier, who was super kind and listen to me talk when I was having a bad day. Management material for sure.

  Shiieeiiit place. Thank god they are going to go out of business soon. Bought an item. Couldn’t review it on my account. Returned it. It’s been 67 days and no refund and I’ve had to fork over money for an attorney just to get some money back

  Called to ask about PC repair and I was routed to someone who barely spoke English wanting all kinds of personal info to "create an account" and would not simply alliw me to speak to someone at the store. So a local business happily helped me instead.

  I am very pleased with this store personnel and the Geek Squad techs. They have always been very helpful. Jodi transferred my data from my old laptop to my new one. Landi Weeks explained my new laptop to me and set the home screen exactly how my old laptop was. He also made sure all programs were working and helped me familiarize me with the functions of my new laptop. I highly recommend the personnel at this store.

  We had a great experience, and we’re fairly high need customers! Purchased six televisions, and we were very impressed with the time and effort of Josh and the manager of the store. Outstanding ! Both of them went out of their way, and were helpful and courteous. We will continue to visit the store as they have earned our loyalty.
