After spending thousands of dollars in here. I was treated like I was stealing. The district GeekSquad manager had me trespassed for a year. Be cause I requested Warranty work on my desktop computer and it was 3 days out of warranty because they could not get us in before the time. It was brought in and "Looked at" to find out the service department sends it out for checking. Not once but twice with us being told they still didn't know what the problem is. We KNOW what the problem is. I build computers. They never opened it up. Never tested the 2 obvious possible problems. And because I called them on it they called the police and said he wanted me trespassed because he "Felt" threatened by me! No one else felt threatened. Never raised my voice or moved from my spot. I wonder if corporate trains the district managers to handle the problems this way? Well between corporate, The BBB and Washington state AG i guess we will see.

Greeter at front door was extremely helpful in finding the otem we needed. The store was clean and stocked well. Will definitely go again if needing something electronic.

Called and asked about repairs for my DVD player and they said "sure we do that in store." Made an appointment and brought it in and they tell me that they don't work on those.
