- AGAsti GallinaDec 15, 20251.0I had such a frustrating experience here. I was told if I purchased a new phone, Apple can trade-in my old phone and help me transfer my data. It turns out the "help" was just them standing over me watching me try to transfer my own data and shrugging when it didn't work. We did this for over two hours. When I told them I needed to leave because I had somewhere to be, they told me I would either have to leave without any of my data from my old phone or "buy" my trade-in back and pay them sales tax on my phone. Basically, no one could fix the problem, I tried to solve it myself for over two hours, then they told me it was all my problem. To put the cherry on top, the guy who was supposed to be "helping," was super condescending and rude. I've been an iPhone user since 2008. Typing this review on my new Android.

They continued to ask me for information that I had already provided them with . Then when they realized that they asked for something more . I gave them that as well.. I have all the documentations to prove this and they continued to drag out the process . Any time I gave them what they asked for they never responded . I had to get ahold of them. That’s when they would tell me I needed something more… they are fraudulent and rude . They do not back up what they say let alone know what they are saying ! Pathetic really that are world has come to deceit , betrayal and who can play a better game. I just wanted to fix my laptop that the guaranteed me they could and would fix.. shame it never happened !
