Highly recommend checking them out before using Asurion to repair or replace your device, if you need genuine Apple products or accessories they have them. Sometimes saving a few dollars isn’t the most important aspect of your purchase.

- BSB SelfOct 22, 20252.0Apple should consider relocating the Spokane Apple store to Spokane Valley Mall area which has much better I-90 access for your out-of-town clients. My first trip to visit the downtown store, a homeless person ignoring the red light almost crawl across the hood of my car. Spokane is out-of-control. That was my introduction. River Park Square, unfortunately, is surrounded by a cesspool. Reading some of the reviews on customer service, and owning Macs for decades--it sounds like a fresh start is needed. Personally--I've switched to Best Buy for any in-person Apple purchases, or Amazon. I won't go to River Park again unless it's a computer emergency. Frankly, if I wanted to go to an Apple store I'd wait and go somewhere in Western Washington instead.
