    I went in to get a new phone. I get free upgrades through atnt, they give me the option to pick up the phone in the store. Once I was trying to set my phone up on the app the sales person came over and messed with my atnt account and added a different phone to my account that I had to pay in full. She ended up also erasing my phone settings so I had to go through and change everything again. This was frustrating because I had the settings set up perfectly how I liked them and they factory reset my phone. I ended up not getting a phone and having to leave with my phone erased because the sales person couldn’t figure out how to set up a new phone. Maybe they should learn how to actually sell a phone. I could have saved the time and money by ordering it through ATNT in the first place. The total would be 0$ and I just had to wait a week for the new phone to arrive to my house. No trade in required.

    Extremely slow to get assistance even with a Genius appointment. Literally watched an employee stand against a wall, zoning out, for several minutes. Then watched this same employee assist a customer who had zero appointment before again standing against the wall for several more minutes just spacing out. Finally, about 20-30 minutes later this same employee appeared to “snap out of it” and finally came over to assist me after I’d been sitting at the Genius Bar for 45 minutes. There was no one else being assisted at the bar and the store was not that busy. Not impressed with the support in this store. However, they did do an excellent job with the necessary repairs I went in to get fixed.

    Tuesday of this week, 17th of March 2026, I got locked out of my Macbook!!! - So much of what we do for business is through this device. When I got to the Apple Store - Caleb was the first to greet me. He listened, communicated clearly, kept me calm, set expectations for his role at the moment and the potential outcome of my personal Macbook Air situation! - Within 15 or so minutes I was back in my mac and life was moving forward. Caleb was very good, patient, didn't make me feel stupid in the process. It was obvious this was not the first time in this situations. I am very appreciative on how things were handled and that I was able to get back to work! Thank you Caleb!

    Employe committed fraud and manager is covering for him!! Employe added a cell phone plane to my TMobile account with out having any authorize account users present. According to the manager he was able to by pass the security access through a QR Code. When I spoke to Tanner “manager“ to get this fix, he was acting like he cared. And agreed that whoever did this, had committed fraud . He summited a ticket to get it fixed. Today he calls saying that even though the employee access my account with out permission and added a bill with me or my husband present that APPLE WAS NOT GOING TO HELP. He referred me to call back T-Mobile . When I call T-Mobile they told APPLE had to fix it or I had to make a police report. I called tanner back and informed him of this Tanner refused to give me the name of the employee then proceeded to give me a fake number to contact legal . When I called “Legal “ turns out the number was just to Apple care . I spoke to someone there told them the story and they called Tanner and from what that employee told he refused to give him the name as well. That employee submitted a ticket for me. But was told I won’t get anything from that. Tomorrow I will be calling headquarters and if I can not get an answer I will be doing police report and adding Tanner as well. This is unacceptable!
